Create Your Own Legal Pages

This post is a unique post guiding you in creating your own blog legal pages without the hassle of paying for a lawyer.

Have you ever wondered what it took to write a blog legal page? Have you googled and found “lawyers” advising to pay hundreds of dollars to pay for their legal documents? The same documents they give to thousands of people so it’s not necessarily unique to your blog. Here is some advice so you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on a lawyer writing the same legal pages you can get for free.

I will break it down for you and offer insights on sites you may use to create your blog disclaimer page, terms & conditions & privacy Policy WITHOUT the need to pay a lawyer hundreds of dollars. And no this does not mean you’re going to copy and paste someone else’s legal pages and use them as your own. This means you can use the FREE sources out there to help you!

Many bloggers, like myself, do not know where to start when it comes to creating their blog legal pages; disclaimer page, privacy page, and/or terms and conditions page. I’m here to give you some links to the free resources, so look no further.

Here are a few tips you can use to crating your own pages without the need to pay hundreds of dollars for a lawyer and be bullied because you created it yourself!

Websites Available to You

Let’s start here this site creates a generic blog disclaimer or other pages needed for your blog. Now you can add onto the free disclaimer for extra money, things like a medical disclaimer OR you can google free medical disclaimer information and create yours based off that.

Here is another great site where you can create a basic blog disclaimer. This site allows for you to create a free disclaimer that is customizable to your business or blog. They are free generators to assist you in creating the disclaimer content you need.

You just need to add what you want to add in the generator and it pops out with this preview. You have the right to change it up if you’d like to make it your own, which is what I did.

Now, if you’re not into these generators don’t worry. You can simply google “HOW TO CREATE A BLOG DISCLAIMER”. Here is a site that shows you 30 different blog disclaimer examples and you can make these examples your own. Another site here talks about more examples of blog disclaimers and how to properly create them to fit your site.

I personally used this site here. This website policies allows for you to generate for FREE disclaimer, terms and conditions, privacy policy and much much more. Of course you can pay to have them give you all the bells and whistles but why when you can just use google to help you create your own disclaimer for your website.

These sites and google mentioned above are what I used to create my own disclaimer page, FREE.

If you don’t want to waste your money buying these disclaimers from a lawyer, then don’t. Some of these “lawyers” are scamming you out of hundreds of dollars.

When to Seek Legal Advice

However, I would suggest to seek legal advise about your blogs legal pages, if you’re having any type of issues. Always seek legal advise if you feel you’re being held liable for any damages done because of something on your blog.
